Cutler Earns a Promotion

Three catchers were in play on Tuesday as moves affect three levels in the St. Louis Cardinals system, headlined by the promotion of Charles Cutler to Palm Beach.

On Tuesday, the Palm Beach Cardinals of the Florida State League announced that catcher Paul Vazquez was placed on the club's seven-day disabled list. This move is retroactive to Monday, July 6.
