Cardinals Add Eight, Prune Three from DSL

The St. Louis Cardinals have completed their international signing class with eight new players.

The St. Louis Cardinals were initially allocated $2,060,600 to spend on international signings for the period that began on July 2, 2013 and runs through this June 15. That total was increased by $206,400 in additional slot money received from Colorado in return for the services of Mitchell Boggs.
