2008 Season
Solano split playing time between Palm Beach and Springfield in 2008, playing the bulk of the campaign at Palm Beach, playing in 107 games, before making his way to Springfield, playing his final 28 games for the Double-A Cardinals, where he hit .264 with one home run and 11 RBIs.
Career Notes
Signed out of Colombia prior to the 2005 season, Solano began that season in extended spring training and joined Rookie-level Johnson City when their season began on June 21. He hit .262/.337/.290 in 45 games before being promoted to short-season Class A New Jersey on August 15, where he would hit .247/.341/.312 in 22 games.
