2008 Season
Dickson was promoted to Springfield at the end of July after posting a 7-8 record with one save and an ERA of 3.51 at Palm Beach. At the Double-A level he struggled some, going 3-2 with 6.75 ERA in six games. Opposing batters in the Texas League hit .347 against the right hander.

Career Notes
In 2007, his 3.50 ERA ranked 10th-lowest in the Midwest League. He appeared in the Midwest League All-Star game, pitching two-thirds of an inning, giving up one hit and no runs.
