Signed as a non-drafted free agent on March 6, 2006.

2008 Season
Garcia split playing time between Quad Cities (44 games) and Batavia (70 games), hitting a combined .218 (89-for-408) with a line of .295/.282/.576 (OBP/SLG/OPS).

2007 Season
Began 2007 season w/ Johnson City (Appy), batting .303 with a .410 OBP, 11BB, and 10K in 19G; Played 6G for Batavia (NY-P), hitting .375 (9-24).

Spent 33 G with QC in 2007, hitting .202 with 10R and 4-2B; Pitched 16th inning of 11-10 loss to Lansing on 7/23, allowing GW-HR to Raul Barron.

2006 Season
Garcia posted a .973 fielding percentage, tops among Venezuelan League second basemen, for the VSL Cardinals. He appeared in a league-high 57 games at second base, hitting .241 with one home run and 16 RBI in 63 games.
