2006 Season:
Rosales appeared in 13 games (seven starts) for the DSL Cardinals, going 4-3 with a 2.25 ERA, allowing 22 hits, striking out 63 and walking 34 in 44 innings. He averaged 14.4 strikeouts per nine innings, 3rd-best among Dominican Summer League relievers.

Career Notes:
In 2005, Rosales appeared in 14 games (12 starts) for the DSL Cardinals, going 1-5 with a 3.67 ERA, allowing 29 hits, striking out 49 and walking 47 in 49 innings pitched.
