Played 52 games at second base, 24 games at third and five at shortstop and made only 15 errors.

2006 Season
Lucena hit .288/.320/.347 in 120 games for high Class A Palm Beach.

Career Notes
Lucena played in the Venezuelan Summer League in 2002 and the Dominican Summer League in 2003. In 2004 he advanced to Rookie-level Johnson City and won the Appalachian League’s batting title with a .332 batting average. He hit .301 in 2005 for low Class A Quad Cities.
