2005 Season:
McCoy spent most of 2005 with the class A-Advanced Palm Beach Cardinals, although he did appear in five games with the Double-A Cardinals. He went .264/.347/.331/.678 in two hundred ninety-six at bats over ninety-one games, combined in a utility role. Defensively, McCoy played all positions, including pitcher, except for first base and catcher.
