Roberto Espinoza (Quad Cities) and Kevin Moscatel (GCL) are in Caribes de Anzoategui camp trying to make the team for the winter season.  VSL Cardinals' manager Enrique Brito has appointed a new manager for the Caribes club after temporarily coaching the team last season.
