It was a nice day for the Cincinnati Organization Thursday when the Reds and their affiliates combined to go 5-0. The most noticeable performance was the first MLB start for top pitching prospect Tony Cingrani. The lefty fanned eight in five innings while picking up the win while the Reds offense provided a blowout.

Cincinnati opened a home series against Miami with a 11-1 win. Prospect Tony Cingrani took the mound in his first MLB start and acquitted himself well while picking up the win.
