Scouting Mets Prospect #39: Luis Cessa

The New York Mets signed then third baseman Luis Cessa out of Mexico back in 2008. Known more for his strong arm than his hitting, the Mets converted him to the mound in 2011 and since that time has become one of the elite strike-throwers in the entire organization.
