The New York Mets selected right-handed pitcher Matt Koch in the third round of the 2012 MLB Draft out of the University of Louisville. Statistically it wasn't the debut season he or the Mets had hoped for in Brooklyn last year, but he still offers some significant upside as a reliever long-term.
