The St. Louis Cardinals have come to terms with a teenage pitcher from the Dominican Republic with a familiar name.

Any St. Louis Cardinals fans to whom the name Luis Perdomo might sound familiar, will recall the minor league right-handed reliever acquired in 2008 from the Cleveland Indians in return for former organizational top pitching prospect Anthony Reyes.
